041 – Coping With Loss During The Holidays

DETAILS:
Loss during the holidays: Back in July, Cody’s mother passed away. It was unexpected, tragic, and now that the holiday season is approaching, He, Elaine, and his family are having to adjust to the seasons with a piece missing. - This week, Cody and Elaine hear from five new voices who share their stories of loss, heartache, coping, and healing. They talk about the change that loss brings and the emotions that are magnified by the holiday season. - Traditions change, memories live on, tears fall, and laughs echo out as we reminisce on the memories of those we love; and as we say thanks for the life we have and the lives past lived. Holidays are hard, but together we can make this season merry and bright.

DEFINITION:
Loss: /lôs,/ - the state or feeling of grief when deprived of someone or something of value.

We want to extend a huge thank you to everyone who reached out and shared their story.
