Cody opens up about his past and current struggles with anxiety and how it has affected his life. He talks about the convictions, the guilt, and the overwhelming unease, as well as the struggle of having faith when his mind is in a panic. Elaine shares what it’s like trying to comfort someone with anxiety and the tactics she uses to help. Together, they address the different mental, physical, and spiritual tactics we as Christians can use to help each other overcome that giant, anxiety.

/aNGˈzīədē/ - a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome. - a nervous disorder characterized by a state of excessive uneasiness and apprehension, typically with compulsive behavior or panic attacks.
