039 – Becoming Aware Of Your Existence In Each Moment

DETAILS:
Do you ever have those moments when you’re just like “wow, I exist and there are people all around me existing too”? You just experienced mindfulness. - This week, Cody and Elaine talk about being aware of your surroundings, coming to understand your own emotions, and how they impact everyone around you. When you become aware of your existence in each moment, you not only gain a deeper understanding of yourself but of others as well. But hey, it’s not easy to be present. Often it seems like our days are a few key moments and a bunch of mindless gaps. Hopefully this episode will help fill in some of that void and bring us all a bit deeper into awareness. Life is meant to be lived, not mindlessly wished away.

DEFINITION:
a·ware·ness: /əˈwernəs/ - Knowledge or perception of a situation or fact.

Thanks for your podcast. Isn’t Jesus amazing as the topic of awareness is what I talked about late last week and am struggling to ‘get it through’ to the grandkids. Be aware, for you don’t know the wounds of those around you. It is an ache of sense of prayer for those people. thanks so much for your discussion.

Hey Terry, Thank you so much for your feedback. Being aware is a topic that is honestly hard for everyone to grasp. It is so easy to forget about everyone else around you and just get focused on doing your own thing.

I’d love to check out some of your works. Would you mind sharing a couple of your titles so we could hunt you down and show you some support?

Thanks and have a great one!
      Cody Johnston
