How do we know when our feelings are trying to tell us something about what our spirit wants to say?
Sometimes your spirit talks to you at 5:30 am on a Saturday to get up and write in your journal. Other times it tells you to stop getting caught up in mind-numbing conversations on Facebook. And still, more often than not, we ignore those little unctions to carry on with whatever our brains see fit to do.
This week we are talking about cultivating our thoughts and aligning with our spirits. God speaks to us all the time and with all that is going one, now more than ever we ought to pay attention to what is being said. With all that is currently going on, it is easier than ever to have our thoughts drift to past events or the excitement of better days but let us not forget the gift that is right this very moment. If you are reading this then you have the gift of life, and life is worth appreciating.
Join us this week as we discuss Listening to Your Subtle Feelings
If you have been feeling antsy, anxious, or feel like you are beside yourself than this episode is for you. We have become desynchronized with our spirits and our bodies are desperate for a realignment. Take some time with us today to allow your thoughts freedom to roam and give the spirit room to shepherd them. By doing so, we can come out of this time with a stronger mind, a happier spirit, and a soil that is primed for growth.
